Buying at H&H Auctioneers is straightforward, whether you want to view and leave a commission bid in person or bid live

All of our auctions are broadcast live online via EasyLive Auctions, allowing you to bid in real time from anywhere.

 

To take part simply

• Register for the auction via EasyLive Auctions

• Create or log into your account

• Request approval to bid

• Join the auction live and place your bids in real time

Please note that additional fees apply when bidding through EasyLive Auctions.

👀 Viewing

We strongly recommend viewing all lots in person prior to bidding.

Viewing is available on the designated viewing day, usually the day prior to each auction. This provides an opportunity to inspect condition, size, and suitability before placing bids.

💰 Buyer’s Premium & Charges

 

Please note when purchasing items that there will be additional fees

​

A buyer’s premium of 20% is payable on all lots.

Additional fees apply when bidding via EasyLive Auctions. These are set by the platform and are payable by the buyer.

⚠️ Important Information

• All lots are sold as seen with all faults

• Descriptions and condition reports are provided as a guide only on request

• Buyers must satisfy themselves as to the condition of any lot prior to bidding

• By placing a bid, you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase the lot if successful

💳 Payment

• Payment must be made in full within 48 hours of the auction

• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, debit/credit card, and cash (where applicable)

• Items will not be released or dispatched until full payment has been received and cleared

📦 Collection & Delivery

• All items must be collected within 7 days of the auction unless otherwise agreed

• Postage and packing is available on selected items — please refer to our Shipping Terms for full details

• Buyers may arrange their own courier if preferred

H&H Auctioneers accepts no responsibility for any loss of internet connection, delays, or technical issues experienced when bidding via Easy Live Auction or any third-party platform.

We may accept absentee (commission) bids submitted prior to the auction. Please contact us for further details.
